Literally the most professional, efficient, organized and friendly storage company I’ve used in Dubai. They come to your home pack your stuff deliver it to their facility. Then when you need it they deliver it back to you and unpack. They are super reasonable with pricing too highly recommend! My movers names were Ramon, Lising and Mafaz and they were amazing! Free survey first, either over a quick video call or in person. You get a written, VAT-inclusive, fixed quote the same day. The number you agree to is the number you pay. No surprise charges for stairs, packing materials, or distance within Dubai.
Are my items insured during the move?
Yes. Transit liability cover is included on every move at no extra charge, up to AED 10,000 per client. For higher-value items, declare the value in advance and we raise the limit. A photo manifest is taken at pickup and delivery.
Do you do international moves?
No. We focus on Dubai, so we do it properly. For an international move, we will happily refer you to a partner.
Is the crew English-speaking?
Yes. Every crew is English-speaking, uniformed, and ID-carded. A named supervisor is on every job. They are direct employees, not day labour, which is why the same names appear repeatedly in our Google reviews.
Do you supply packing materials?
Yes. Double-walled boxes, bubble wrap, blankets, corner protectors, and shrink wrap are included with our pack-and-move service. Custom crating is available for art, glass, marble, and other delicate pieces.
Can you dismantle and reassemble furniture?
Yes. Beds, wardrobes, dining tables, gym equipment, TV mounts, and similar are dismantled at pickup and reassembled at delivery by the same crew. Tools are on the truck.
Do you handle fragile and high-value items?
Yes. Art, glass, marble, antiques, pianos, and chandeliers are crated when needed and handled by trained crew. Declare value in advance so we can raise the cover limit on the day.
How fast can you move me?
Same-day moves are possible if booked before noon. Most clients book one to three days ahead. End-of-month dates fill fast, so plan early.
What payments do you accept?
UAE-issued cards and bank transfer. Company moves can pay on invoice with a valid trade licence. We do not accept cash.
What if you arrive late?
We arrive within a confirmed two-hour window. If we miss it for a reason in our control, the move is on us.
Do you move offices and retail spaces?
Yes. Office moves, retail fit-outs, server-room and IT-equipment moves, document archives, and end-of-lease clear-outs are all in scope. Get a quote on WhatsApp and we will scope it the same day.
